  • I've been told many things but not sure which is true.
1.) it only effects I full feeding/pump session or
2.) it effects the whole next day?
so if you pump as much as you can before you go and store it properly maybe just throw out what you pump for the next few times?

  • 1 glass of wine is perfectly fine!
there's no need to pump and dump and it will not effect your baby at all!!

  • yes. You know, you can actually buy breast milk test strips from Babiesrus to test your milk and make sure that the alcohol is gone??
Either way, I would pump and save it before you go, and give her a bottle when you get home. Then either pump and dump when you get home, or just test your milk.

  • One glass of wine is fine. If you are legally safe to drive you are good to nurse. Have a nice date!
