how can i lose my belly fat??

when i was pregnant with my son i gain a lot of weight and after i had him it all went away but my belly fat its gross and i don't like it Ive tried working out but that doesn't seem to work help what do i do???

  • you need to do lots of cardio. At least half an hour a day of speed walking/running, biking, elipticals, ect. The cardio gets your heartrate up, and that is what burns the fat. I'd also do it at least 5 days, but you can start at 3. Make sure you stretch before hand, and after. Also adding some extras, like lifting weights, yoga, balance ball, or crunches. (Though, again you cannot expect to SEE results from the crunches until the fat is burned away.)
