Help! What's the biggest regret and blessing in disguise have you had buying a house?

I am going to be a new mom with my husband and we are house hunting. What are somethings that you cannot live without, things you thought you COULD live without and realized you couldn't..etc. I want to make sure we find the perfect home for the new baby, collie and cat :)

  • Check the shower and bath size before hand! Honestly... get in the shower and see if it's big enough/comfortable... and possibly even big enough for two! Good luck!
