  • 1. Prepackage healthy snacks and foods in tupper ware for the entire week so it's easier to eat healthy and resist junk food.
    2. Stay hydrated by drinking water throughout the day, which keeps skin clear and more elastic.
    3. Take multivitamins every day. When you can't eat right, at least you can get your nutrients via vitamins.
    4. Always remove makeup before sleep. Never pass on your face wash and dental hygiene. Ever.
    5. Always use moisturizer on your skin morning & night (after cleansing). On your face, you can adjust the type to the skin's health. Try Clean & Clear Dual Action Moisturizer. It's a light moisturizer that also has salicylic acid to help prevent breakouts and to promote cellular turnover (very important if you have cystic acne). Try a heavier moisturizer around the eyes. Products with Vitamin E are usually good. Keep travel sized moisturizers in your purse.
    6. Wash makeup sponges/brushes often.

  • 7. If you have acne prone skin, you can do your own chemical peels/facials at home. Order the products online and whenever you have 10 mins to spare, you can do your own facial. I recommend doing them on Friday nights or whenever your weekend starts because your skin will initially show light but noticeable peeling for a few days. Continue to moisturize but use only regular lotions and none with more peeling ingredients (like salicylic acid, glycolic acid, retinoids, or benzoyl peroxide) because you don't want excessive peeling. Private message me if you want some sites I can recommend to order peels.
    8. Wear sunscreen every day. Lotions with sunscreen make it easier. Oil of Olay has some nice ones.
    9. Keep cleansing cloths in your purse. These are like towlettes for your face found in any beauty aisle.
    10. Get enough sleep. Sleep plays a huge factor in skincare, hence the phrase "beauty sleep."

  • My only advice is MAKE TIME FOR YOU. No one else is going to. Take control of your eating, like hellokitty said, bring your own food with you that you have prepared. And make at least 30 min a week about you. It will not only help with your physical appearanc, but will also help with your sanity and emotional well being.
    God luck.

  • Spend time in the evening preparing healthy stuff for yourself. And like what everyone else said no one is going to do it for you, you have to do it yourself.

  • Bikram ( Hot ) yoga. It's a great platform for a healthy lifestyle.  Class locator:  http://www.bikramyoga.com/studioLocator.php

I like cetaphil cream as an deeply hydrating (drug store price) body and face moisurizer.

My quick manicure, shell we dance, sally hensen complete manicure.  Its a light, sheer pink that's great for the clean look and doesn't show chips.

If you have to eat on the run have a sushi roll instead of a value meal ( they cost about the same).  Keep bananas, nuts, grapes, melon..  things that keep well on the go.  You just need things to snack on til you can get to a healthy option.
