I lost a ton on low carb back in 2009. But I went back to carbs and gained 1/2 back! I used to do under 20 grams /day. Do you think I could get away with a few more and still lose? I need to get back in the swing of it so any tips and tricks are welcome. Today was day one. I want to lose 50lbs.Answer Question

If you’re in a hurry to lose weight then yes, your daily carb intake should not exceed 20gms per day. Else, just eating low carb will not help. Include more of high protein and walk! Stay active and burn those calories. If you can, avoid carbs altogether for some time and see the accelerated fat loss. I am doing the Dukan weight loss plan. Have lost almost 17 lbs in the last 4 months by lowering my carbohydrates altogether. Check their site and you’ll also find some amazing Dukan Diet low carb recipes. Anyway, that’s what I eat and love!
