Every time i'm on my period i get a bump in my left armpit..

it usually looks like an ingrown hair and goes away in a couple of days. this month it's much larger and red and my whole armpit is sore. any ideas? i tried to webmd it but it wasn't much help.

It could be a sebaceous cyst. Go see a doctor, and make sure they culture it to make sure it will respond to antibiotics, or they're prescribing the right ones.

I get them when I shave sometimes, they hurt like a sum biatch lol no idea I just wipe mine with alcohol and wait till I can pop it

Talk to your Dr., but I get them sometimes when it's that time of the month too. It's like all my lymph nodes go crazy along w/ my hormones.
