help im fat

I have an event to attend in a couple weeks that requires a bathing suit:( i have a 6 month old daughter and boy did she take a toll on my bod. im about 20 lbs away from where id be comfortable (ive already lost 60 lbs, but the slow healthy way) i need to boost the weight loss for this pool party any tips or plans that would be quick and that actually work?

  • Try water pills, it might help to get rid of some extra water you're carrying around. Or you could always go down to Colfax and make a deal with one of the locals for some special stuff..............hehehe...jk.

  • Only lean meats, chicken and fishor tofu, and no carbs like pasta or potatoes. fill that void with salads, with green leafy vegetables and fruits. You can go for the shakes and such. Try Shaklee Products, the shakes, I have used it and its awesome or you can go to and take a peek at that site. Other than that this is what I recommend. Oh and drink lots of water and take some supplements, when you are dieting, you want to lose weight not your vitamins and minerals. Find something that works for you.

  • do you live near a cosmetic spa? some of them do these things called "mineral wraps" where they wrap your entire body in these bandages that are soaked in this mineral solution and then put you on a treadmill for light exercise for about 30-45 minutes. i dont really remember exactly how it works, it was a while ago i heard about it, but supposedly it can take inches off, like, instantly. ive heard that some celebrities use them before they have to go to big events like premires and stuff. anyway, i dont know if it acutally works, but you should look into it if youre curious. its a quick fix anyway. id suggest doing it right before you have to go. and aviod carbs and sugar. and drink lots of water.
