  • I would be very suspect as to why there were asking.... if I raised my hand are they all going to give me a lot of crap?? I'm I going to be made a public spectacle of b/c I am supposedly "wrong" and I don't know their version of the so called "truth"?? If so then no, it's none of their business. It really depends on what the "mood" of the gathering is...

  • If it is a christian gathering, no, I would not. I fear Christians and fear for my life in larger groups.I have been harmed and threatened way to many times to trust.
    Any other group, possibly

  • I think that would be like sitting with the Boston Bruins Fans at a game held in Boston and cheering for the Montreal Canadians !

LOL As a die hard Bruins fan I can vouch for how dangerous this would be!! LOL Great analogy ;o)

  • I don't think I would. I'm an Atheist and yes I would go to something like that if y friend asked. I wouldnt do it because I wouldnt want to be singled out or put on the spot in front of tons of people. I doubt they would ask if there was any Atheist in the room.

  • not likely. it'd probably be some Christian organization's event or other church, but i'm just not that kind of gal, to put myself out there for a visual to strangers.
like a pp said, one on one, sure..i'll tell ya anything you want to know, and then some. but not in a group or gathering of unknowns.

  • Sure. But I don't tend to religion hop or go to other churches. In many Christian fundamental circles, Catholics are not seen as Christian. Though I could stand my own against the onslaught. God knows I've done it enough here.
