If you have mice as pets....
how in the world do you get over that funky frito smell?
my dd's hamster died so we went to get another but she saw a little mouse and wanted it instead. that little sucker stinks! she even named him dorito lol she said he smells like doritos but i say fritos...

There isn't much you can do. A million years to supplement my income while in college I use to raise mice and sell them to pet stores (snake food). The smell was horrific. Maybe try keeping baking soda near it's cage.Found an answer to your question?

That's so funny. I didn't know mice smelled.

I had mice when I was a teen and never had smell issues. You have to keep their "bedding" clean... they just pee & crap everywhere.Found an answer to your question?

i haven't had it a week yet and have cleaned it out twice lol so it's not b/c i'm not cleaning it, he's just stinky :/

i always ended up feed my reptiles & cats the family pet mice because i didnt like them. i am the oldest, so i was able to talk the littler ones into doing it themselves, then into getting a fish, or anything but mice or gerbils...Found an answer to your question?
