  • Listen to really loud, obnoxious music. Or if I can't do that... lock myself in the bathroom for a few minutes.

  • clean, yell, go take a shower to get away. If I am driving I turn up the radio super loud and sing with it.

  • I really like to imagine a slightly violent act that will make me feel better.Such as some snotty sales person and throwing my drink on her freshly over made up face.for example.

  • In the car listen to Limp Biskut 'Break stuff' and YELL along with the opening lines sometimes repeating them over and over. At home go outside and smoke, unfortunately yell at the hubby and son sometimes, throw a tennis ball against the dryer.
