Breast Milk... Fresh milk stored at room temp: Good for up to 10 hours. Fresh milk in an insulated bag with a cooling pack: Good for up to 24 hours. Fresh milk in the fridge: Good for up to 8 days. Fresh milk frozen in a freezer with it's own door: Good for up to 3-4 months. Fresh milk stored in a freezer without it's own freezer door: Good for up to 2 weeks. Fresh milk taken from freezer and then thawed for use: Good for up to 24 hours (NEVER re-freeze your breast milk for re-use after it's already been frozen and thawed once before. Never store breast milk in the door of a freezer, always put it in the back). Hope that helps!
