How much weight can I lose if I walk 5 miles a day?

I walk 5 miles a day for 5 days and on a healthy diet by my doctor, no junck foods, sodas. mostly veggie and fruit backed chicken and fish no fried goods no salt.

  • It also varies on how your metabolism works. Everyone is different. Someone eating the same stuff as you and walking with you can lose more than you or less than you. Good luck and welcome to CM.

  • It depends on what you eat, how much you eat and how many calories you take in as oppsed to how fast you walk, if you are weights or
    add arm thrusts or leg thrusts as you walk and how many breakes you take along the way or how many calories you burn.
