  • I loooove tilapia, it's so easy to make. I also love spaghetti.

I think tonight we'll have baked chicken marinated in mojo criollo sauce. Maybe that, with mac & cheese and sauteed mushrooms or something.

  • We're probably having chicken quesadillas so that we can use up the shredded chicken in the fridge. My husband is too tempted to throw some BBQ sauce on it, so I need to use it for what I intend to before it's all gone!

  • Baked spaghetti, here is the recipe:
Grease a lasagna pan or a 9X13 pan

    2 lbs ground beef, seasoned
1 (16ounce) box angel hair pasta
1 (16 ounce) jar spaghetti sauce
    4 cups mozzarella cheese, shredded
    8 ounces pepperoni slices

    1. Brown the ground beef and season it, drain.
    2. Add the jar of spaghetti sauce.
    3. Cook angel hair pasta as described on the package.
    4. Combine the hamburger sauce and pasta.
    5. In a baking dish, Add half the spaghetti and top with cheese.
    6. Add the other half of the spaghetti and the top with the rest of the cheese.
    7. Layer the pepperoni on top.
Bake until the cheese is melted! at 350 for 40-60 minutes. Can make ahead and refrigerate then bake.
