I work in a kitchen that gets about 90 to 100 degrees. I'm six months pregnant, and I drink water constantly, but I still feel dizzy and like I'm going to pass out sometimes. I have to carry trays of dishes and food, and push heavy carts long distances.
My boss acts concerned but doesn't really do anything. Should I tell my doctor? It's really getting hard on my body and I am out of breath most of the time.

Yes, talk to your doc.... they can write you a note to be put on light duty. BUT if that is not an option at your place of business they they might force you out on disability. Can you talk to some one in HR to see what they need, what available and what you need to do to make it happen??
