I used to be really good handling ALL of our family's administration. Not anymore. I struggle with exhaustion and severe depression (yes, I'm in therapy). The paycheck for this month is in and it is time I pay the bills. And -no kidding- I AM HORRIFIED! Just thinking about it makes me sweat and my heart races. Actually it's really simple. It's just numbers. Budgeting. Still it makes me dizzy. How much will there be left this time to live off. Will we make it to the next month? Also scared to make a mistake while paying. Disaster is just a mouse click away. I'm having a hard time controlling the stress of it. :-(Answer Question

Is it the anxiety of watching the $ disappear as fast as you get it? B/C I'm sure a lot of us can relate to that feeling. It's very frustrating. I've become quite adept at my juggling skills these days. lol :p It would help to have someone to help you figure it all out if this isn't your thing. Try a free consult w/ a financial agency. Or even call your local united way to see if they have a referral for that service. Relax, take a deep breath & just take each task, whatever it may be, 1 step at a time.
