Even with this information, people still want to blame the unions for our economic issues and loss of jobs?
Holy Moly- don't get knocked up? Really, how crass. Yes, CEO pay and raises have outstripped workers' compensation for the last 30 years. We are headed toward 3rd world status- a few people owning and controlling everything. So much for the land of opportunity.

I am the CFO of the company I founded with friends. I do make substantially more than my employees and I see nothing wrong with that. They work their 8-9 hour shifts and can go home to their families and enjoy their evenings. My friends and I live our jobs 24/7 and we have all the risk if our company were to fail. In my small town we have less than 4 percent unemployment so my employees can easily find a new job. My friends and I would be stuck with debt and embarrassment if we fail.
