Perhaps a stupid question..but

I am curious about watermelon. I love it, especially during the summer. Is it good for you? I keep hearing different things. I will google it after I ask some of your opinions!

  • Watermelon is mostly water, therefore it is a good hydrating fruit. (or technically a berry)

  • Never heard of it being bad for you... It does help flush out your system. I would think as long as you don't eat too much, it is fine... Everything in moderation.
