  • GNC makes a fertility blend for women and one for men too. Taking Robitussin can help by thinning out your cervical mucus. Also, according to the specialist I went to, KY can actually make it harder to get pregnant for some people because it can slow down sperm. If you need lube, you can try PreSeed or even plain vegetable oil. Raspberry Leaf (tea) is good for toning your uterus. Drinking a lot of water is also supposed to help. There is an excellent book called "Natural Solutions to Infertility" by Dr. Marylin Glenville that I highly recommend. It explains all sorts of OTC things you can do to get your body as healthy and fertile as possible.
