  • I do the same as anng.atlanta, when I had my first 'cycle' my mom taught me to mark it on the calendar, and I've been doing so ever since. I'm sure there must be some high-tech way to keep track, but a calendar is simple.

  • I personally don't. Only reason I knew the date of my last is cuz had jury duty that day and had to find a 7-11 for some tampons lol. But usually I don't keep track, I get enough of a PMS warning about a week ahead of time and don't worry until it feels like it's been a while since my last lol. I guess the easiest way to track would be a calendar. I'm sure there's also an app for that lol.

  • I use too but not so much anymore, but in the last few years it always comes on the same day so I know when to expect it.

  • There's an app for that. I use the What To Expect app. It's also a fertility tracker that I use as a guide/something to check for the heck of it.

  • Before my hysterectomy, I would mark when I got my period by a red L. on the calendar in the upper right corner if I got it at night and the upper left corner if it started in the morning.
