Potty training books/videos dont tell u what to do when your child plays with everything in the bathroom...

So what do I do? I tried singing and reading, not really sure what else to try. Its a boy btw.

  • I let my now 3 yo play with my IPhone when he was on the potty. That was the only time I let him play, so it was a big deal to him. With my oldest, we used a timer to let him know how long he had to sit there. Getting in to stuff - put childsafe locks on cabinets/drawers and keep stuff put away.

  • I would say he isn't ready,, boys sometimes take longer or start later than girls,, I would take a break and wait.

  • I tried a couple times and he wasn't ready. Or maybe I'm just an idiot. I can't stop again because he will be 3 I october
