How do you deep condition your hair?

  • I usually use Biolage's Conditioning Balm, but I don't use it very often. It's very heavy.

  • Buy conditioner at store and the longer you let it sit the better the results

  • I deep condition my hair usually twice a week and use a heating cap for about a half an hour and leave the deep conditioner on overnight (I put a plastic cap over my hair and wrap a towel around my head). I have a TON of different deep conditioners (and every beauty related product known to man) and I switch between using Aveda, Pureology, Aquage, Redken, Sebastian deep conditioner (I know I am forgetting different brands I switch between). I also do protein and keratin treatments too.

  • Homemade girl right here avocado and banana, or olive oil egg white and avocado wrap it up for an hour.

  • I use a product called - AUSSIE DEEEEEEP conditioner - it's affordable and works great for me !!!
