I'm so not happy with my body, my legs are ok but i have a big tummy that i want and need to get rid of. my biggest downfall is dr pepper and coke, i know if i cut out all of that sugar it would help but it gives me energy and i really dont like coffee. If anyone has any advice on how to cut this belly fat id really appreciate it!Answer Question

Really, you’re going to have to give up on the soda if you’re ever going to want to lose that belly fat. If you’re lacking energy, you need to change a few things about your diet. For instance, cut back on the starchy carbs and eat more of protein rich food. Your meals should typically include whole grains such as rye, whole wheat, barley, oat bran etc, fresh vegetables and some form of protein (chicken, seafood, tofu, soy, eggs etc). Incidentally, when I was trying to lose weight I found that eating oat bran really helped. One of the benefits of oat bran is that it really helps you feel full for a longer period of time so you don’t feel hungry as often. Also, it’s really tasty and makes for a great breakfast cereal so that’s a plus.
