How did you potty train your kids?

  • First off once u do it you have to stick with it,dont give up..For my DD she was a little over 1 1/2y/o i bought her favorite character panties (dora) & told her dora doesnt like to be pottied on..Also when she did #1 i rewarded her with one candy & if #2 two candies,it worked for me! But while i was potty training her i was preg for my DS ,once i had him she started to potty on her self on purpose bc she got jealous..But once i told her that she is a big sister now she cant wear diapers no more,i let her help me with the baby so can be apart of helping mommy,didnt want her to feel left out..Now she will be 4 in sept

  • I started my first daughter a little before her third birthday cause i could tell she was ready from certain things she would do, but i just made her wear panties all day and she wet like three times then the next day she was perfect. she has accidents here and there but she was trained within a day. start ur child when you know they are ready

  • I waited until they were dry at night, which meant they had bladder control, then on a weekend took them every half hour for a day, then every hour or two the next day. Once we switched to training pants we didn't go back to diapers.
