He was hired about 2-3 weeks ago. Found out the equipment has to be what they call zeroed out , and has not been done for 6 months. There is only 3 employees who do this 1 . hubby and 2 others. So he is told NO One will get checks tomorrow if not all zeroed out. Last week he almost got beaten up by a technician when he told him no check. And i am wondering how legal it is for them to not give hubby his check since they failed to do their job for 6 months prior to hiring. can they legally tell him he cannot have his pay that he worked for? He and 1 other person are trying to get the techs equipment zeroed out but they got 1 lazy guy who spends his time on WOW and leaves it up to my hubby. My hubby is not getting home until 2 AM and he is supposed to get off at 10 pm. I know if it were me guy number 2 would been fired long ago.Answer Question
