When should I start giving my baby regular milk instead of formula??? What kind should i give him???

  • Whole milk at a year. Whole milk because they still need the extra fats in it.

  • At a year and most pediatrician's will recommend whole milk since babies need the fat for their growing nervous systems. If you have a family history of health problems like obesity, your doctor may recommend 2% but as I said, that's only in a few cases.
