Provera & Pcos????

When a woman has pcos and tries to take provera to induce periods is it possible that provera itself wont even bring on a regular period monthly due to pcos.. has this ever happened to any of you.wouldnt provera fix everything..

Sadly, no. Provera is not a miracle cure and PCOS is often managed with several different medications.

For me it takes longer than "normal" for it to bring on a period.

I have PCOS and the only thing that will induce a period for me is progesterone. But I guess im not sure what provera is?

Medroxyprogesterone, were u still able to get pregnant with pcos????
