DTV!

Due to the Viacom/ DTV contract negotiations here is what you can get by calling in and being nice:

6 months free Showtime or Starz superpack (automatic drop off- you DO NOT have to call and cancel)
Channel 289? (NASA) Will become Disney Junior until the end of July
Encore Channels are free to all DTV subscribers
Financial Credits are available and must be negotiated
Major League Baseball is still in Free Trial



(I may have missed something- so call, be nice to your CSR and say "I miss the Viacom channels, What can you do for me"?)



Please remember, if you are happy with your CSR, get their employee number and go to Directv.com. Send the company an e-mail and let them know you received exceptional service.
