  • If the children haven't already made Valentines for their parents, then show them how to fold a paper in half and cut out a heart from it. Let them cut out hearts and paste them on a piece of paper. Big hearts, little hearts, different color hearts. It is fun just to cut out hearts.
    That's all I have.

  • How about "Pin the arrow on the heart"? Make a big Construction paper heart and then construction paper arrows. Put the heart on the wall and then spin the kids around blind folded and see who can get the arrow closest to the center of the heart. When they get up for their turn they get to be Cupid!

  • when we did Jake's party we played valentine bingo. It was cute, we did pictures of things for valentines day like hearts and love and marked the spaces with little tiny sweetheart candies. they had fun with that game and for the craft they glued decorations like beads and buttons on a white hearts and tied strings on it, made a valentines mobile. hope you get some good ideas good luck!

  • we used to to paste paper dollies onto construction paper and then decorate with glitter, gems stamps and stickers.

Also make a mailbox to collect their valentines in you can use a paper bag thats decorated or use empty tissue boxes kids can glue paper on to cover the box, then use stickers stamps paper dollies, construction paper hearts etc to decorate.
