Can I exercise this away? Please let me know if you had something similar...

My stomach is not saggy or loose and it went back pretty good after giving birth but it still feels fat and squishy and when I suck in that extra skin will still show. It's like it's dead. lol Sorry if this is confusing but it's the best way I can describe it. My stomach looks mostly pretty flat when standing up, it's just got some pudge on it and when I sit or bend down it shows a lot more.

  • You keep doing that, Plus do other stomach exercises sometime the best way to take care of it is cosmetic way, since you lost all elasticity to have it go back into shape.
