  • When mine are sick I dont stress if they refuse to eat. Mainly because if you think about when you are sick you arent hungry either.

I would offer crackers, jello, butter toast, cherrios and anything else bland. So her tummy doesnt get upset anymore.

you said sick, what kind of sick? Cough, runny nose stuff or virus sick tummy issues?

  • I always fixed jello. How about some chicken broth? Honey with a little lemon mixed in for the cough.

  • Pedialight has some popsicles. Try to get her to eat some of those. The electrolytes will help her stay hydrated. but try to get her to drink as many fluids as possible.

  • we use vicks vapor rub on the bottom of their feet (with socks, while they sleep) this will take care of the stuffy and running nose! DR said mix up jello(warm) and let them drink it this will sooth the tummy, and if they throw up, push Hawian punch ( the tropical(red) only) I swear by this it really does work i had the stumic flu and i done this all last week. hope she feels better ther is nothing worse than when your little one is sick, ill pray for you guys tonight.

  • make or buy pedialyte popsicles (an old boss told me to put the pedialyte in a plastic sandwich back and freeze it then cause sometimes they just like to eat little pieces.
Offer plenty of liquids, my kids like fruit (esp. melons) when they are sick and don't worry to much.
    Oh and jello's good to.
