Looking for a shopping list app

I am wanting an app to make a shopping list that keeps track of the amount I am spending. Preferably free.

i don't have a phone app but i write down the amount of each item (i go over to make up for tax)

I can't get that Out of Milk app on iphone, I had it when I had my android and loved it.
