Ok. I know the weather is crazy and that affect what I can hold in my stomach and the number of headaches I get, BUT this is strange. I am not running a fever, I am NOT pregnant (husband is fixed & I don't cheat and AM on BC) BUT for the last week I have either been so hot and sweaty WHILE INSIDE in the AC that I have to change my clothes three times a day or so cold that I am shivering with goosebumps and wearing a sweater in 110 degree weather.
I currently have TRicare and have to go to the nearest base (45 minutes) and wait as this is not considered an emergency.
I am 38. Two years ago I had my hormone levels checked and they were normal. My mother and grandmother went through the change at 35.My thyroid is fine.
Is this what menopause feels like or is there something else I can check?

Sounds like menopause especially if your Mom went through it early. How are your periods? If it's not menopausethen it's nerves. Have you been dealing with a lot of stress, any changes in what you have been eating? Are you eating anything with soy in it?
