Oops, had a blonde moment. (no offense at all here)

Well, i had a rather dumb moment the other day.
I have been on this kick about making homemade things. They have all turned out pretty good so far, except for one little thing:
My bath salts. I made them up and they smelt great, and felt great, HOWEVER, i was not thinking when i added the color to them that FOOD COLORING would stain the skin. LOL
So i am in there bragging and using them on hubby and her is like OMG that feels so good. So i am scrubbing away and adding more and more when i look at my hand and it is BLUE. I was liek OMG, lets rinse you off. My dumb ass wasnt thinking that food cloiring would dye things also. So he wasnt blue and it came off of my hands in an hour or so.
So i did some extra research (which i sould have done first) and you are suppose to use cosmetic grade dyes. It said someother kind too but i cant remember what it was called.
I have been searching for those dyes but have only found them online. Michales here didnt have anything.
Anyways had to share my little "fail" of a moment. LOL
