I'll provide the supplement facts, based off them, which one would be best for increase in supply?

Option "B" had two really great reviews, both different women claiming the supply went up by 3 ounces.
option "A" had no reviews, so I don't know how it's worked for anyone.

The ONLY thing that matters is the amount of fenugreek. Your daily dosage is 3000 mg. Whatever brand will give you that with the least amount of pills swallowed is what you take. Beyond that brand is utterly unimportant.
