I'm going to school for my nursing degree, and I'm seriously thinking about changing my major to economics. I would love to get a PhD in economics, but I'm 20 and worried it'll take too long... What do you think? Honestly economics interests me more than nursing and I know it'll take a while, but I have a medical transcription job right now that I do pretty good at so we can still be on top of bills and stuff... So?
P.S I put it in JJF because I have no idea how to categorize this.Answer Question

Do it - holy shit you're 20 you'll have a PhD by the time you are 30. So worth it! Also you will be 30 anyway may as well have a PhD. Talk about a decision that could potentially change your life forever! Do it! Good luck.
