  • Watching them playing with their cars. It just makes me want to cry for some reason. I watch their little hands driving them around and making the sounds and they are all "in the zone". Soooo cute!

  • plus, today I realized my 23 month old knows the word, "dude!" he kept saying it to his older brother when they were pretending to cook noodles. He was like, "dude look, dude look at this!"

  • Hearing them use new words, like when my son tell me "check it out mom!" Or when my 3 year old wants to pour himself soda and he knows he's not allowed to have soda but he thinks he can soften me up by saying"Don't spill it mom? Be careful?"

  • Cuddling. And watching them grow and learn. It is like seeing the world from a fresh, wondering, point of view.

  • Sooo many different things - I love the way they look at me...I love their smell...I love cuddling them. I love having a conversation with my 14 year son and know he trusts me enough to tell me things he probably wouldn't share with anyone else.
