I think i am overlooking this calorie counting thing. I signed up for and downloaded some of the apps for keeping track of my calories, and i do not like the ones i got. Most of the items are member added and they all have different calorie counts for supposedly the same thing. How do you know which one to choose.
The ones i have been using are sparkpeople, myfitnesspal and Lose it.
Is there one better? I want to be as accurate as possible.

I use www.caloriecount.about.com
Love it. It's more accurate and user friendly to me than MFP. Sparkpeople.com is good for learning info about exercise and nutrition but I hate their calorie tracker.

Hey, I have been using SPARKPEOPLE too -- I like that site and find it to be very helpful !! With no crazy obligations, too!
Good luck to you!
