  • Maybe he doesn't like the baby food any more....try bits of table foods and finger foods and see what he does with it!

  • wow. 20 teeth at 8months is probably a new record.

if its not 20 yet, then he is NOT finished with teething.

Maybe he is ready for some solids and just doesnt want the plain formula anymore?! baby food (you probably mean the stuff out of the jars?)... doesnt really taste good. try give him something homemade.

btw, my dd had a phase where she only wanted formula, even though she was on solids already. she did that for about 2 weeks. she wanted to be a baby again with bottle and all that stuff. and at this time she actually still was a baby (9-10 months old).

so your son is either tired of the plain baby food, still teething or in a phase where he just wants formula :)

  • Have you tried offering small, cut up, soft, table foods? He may be interested in feeding himself.

  • My DD is only 9 months now and has been immitating chewing for some time now. Even though she only has 2 teeth I still give her chunks of soft things and lumpy food. She would also now want to eat when a new tooth had come in. She was too busy running her tounge over it.
