7 Month old refuses bottle during the day.

My 7 month old has started refusing the bottle most of the time through out the day unless she is ready to take a nap. Other times when i try to give it to her, she throws a hissy and stiffens up, and just wont take it. But i can sit her up in her high chair, and feed her baby food or table food, mushed up of course, and she wants do drink out of my cup. Which she does just fine . But she wont drink out of a sippy. Then she will be happy and content until she get tired and then she will take a bottle and go to sleep. same routine untill bed time. My problem is i am worried that she isn't getting the amount of fluids that she is suppose to get. What are your thoughts and what do i do?

  • give her a cup. She is weening herself from a bottle no biggy. they make these really cool cups for kids that look like our cups and they can drink from them the same way but they are leak proof i forget who makes them but you can find them at walmart in the sippy cup section.

  • If your really concerned mix formula with her baby cereal instead of water, that way u know shes at least getting that. Maybe put her milk in your cup and let her drink it that way? Just get that milk in her!! She needs it!
