BM question. A little TMI but I just need honest feedback.

Okay, so my BMs have been really weird.... they look like I've been eating huge amounts of grass or asparagus or something, only I obviously don't eat grass and haven't been eating asparagus. I'm also going from being really constipated to having really loose movements all in the same day. My stomach hurts (like above my belly button) all the time. My doctor can't get me in till week after next. I'm drinking water by the gallon it seems. Eating less spices, less carbs, more bland, but it doesn't seem to help. Also my back (very lower- behind pelvis) has been hurting constantly. Any ideas what might be causing all the discomfort and what I can try to do for myself while I'm waiting to see the doctor?
I'm anon because this is really embarrassing.

  • Eat yogurt, or take probiotice. It cured my IBS, it could very well help you too.

  • I think that sounds like it can be your gall bladder. Have you had that checked?

  • Can't get in to see the doctor until week after next... I've made the appt. No, my gallbladder has not been checked yet.

  • have you tryed Miralax or applejuice or cranberry juice.... sometimes they help more then you think
