What spices/flavors do you cook with the most?

I know a lot of people are just plain salt and pepper folks

we cook most things in chicken stock. we use a LOT of minced garlic as well

  • Garlic is a big one for us, I also tend to use a lot if italian spices. Oregano, basil, parsely. Cumin, cayenne pepper, crushed red pepper flakes, onion powder, a lot. We are all about variety.

    Basil, sage, rosemary, thyme oregano, chive cilantro garlic
    limited salt and pepper.

    I almost never use straight up salt- I don't even salt my eggs
