Anyone here from Sprinfield MO or close by? do you get the local news?

If so can you please update me on the body found at Freemont street? Any one else found hurt or injured? Google isn't updating it too fast, and my friend's phone is going straight to voice mail,, thanks so much!

    Kimi- I would say go to the friend IF they were recently divorced. I know IF it is the new wife your friend COULD be in danger but...this is really so very hard.
    Does the friend have any relatives that you know that you could call?

  • I just spoke with her,, I encouraged her to call the cops (again) the way the police made it sound at first was the new wife had shot herself as well, but now they refuse to say if that is the case,, my friend is on her way to her ex-sil's house, they are still close, and maybe we shall have more updates in a couple of hours.

  • that is the same thing I got,, now I am worried the new wife is wandering around with a gun,, I just left a message for my friend to call the police and demand to know if she is in danger or not,, she thinks the new wife must have found the texts to her,,

  • Sorry, Kimi. I found 3 articles on it, but one of them did state:

    "In a release emailed just before 5 p.m., Springfield Police Cpl. Matt Brown said officers will not be releasing any new information this evening."
