Can apps be used on a laptop?
I don't have a smart phone. I don't have a mac. I have a laptop pc. There is an app that I want to be able to use, but I don't want to buy unless it works on my laptop. The app is from Apple.

I just clicked on my apps on my itunes and it didn't work so I don't think so.
