  • YEP! School started last week. I will have to buy some new uniform pants for both of my boys, but everything else is done.

  • We're about 1/2 way there. My mom came thru w/ a Big Time Rush Bookbag & lunch box for my dau. She was so excited I think it may have softened the blow that school is around the corner! :p

  • I doubt I would get a supply list until the first day. So, I'll send my son with basic supplies the first day but, we own all of that stuff already. And the uniforms he was wearing at the end of the year from last year still fit & are in good condition. I was just talking with his dad about how this year I don't see the need to do a huge "back to school" shopping trip. I would rather buy things as he needs them. Last year was his first year of school & I bought a bunch of things that he grew out of quickly &/or didn't need (hence all the supplies I have already).
Especially at this age, I just don't see the need to do a bunch of shopping (outside of whatever his teacher requests) when I can just buy things as he needs them &/or as they go on sale.
