A recent study reported on ABC news w/ Diane Sawyer said the avg. worker spends about 2 hrs ea. day reading & answering email. Which adds up to 78 days a year. I know that's how a lot of communications gets done, so just wondering? (I no longer work in an office setting so I'm out of the loop on this one)
