Well okay, I'm not humoungous, but I have quite a bit of weight to lose and for the past few months I've really been determined but have teetered a bit with staying on track. I went back to weight watchers (well, tracking but not paying for or going to meetings) and I've been thoroughly consistent for exactly 1 week today. I gave in at one point did consume all of my weekly allowance and activities points within about an hour last Saturday, but I didn't go over and I stayed on track the rest of the week to make sure, and I do exercise about an hour a day 5 days a week. Anyway, according to the scale (but definitely not my waistline) I'm down 2lbs but the problem is for the past week I've been OBSESSED with food. Tracking EVERY LITTLE THING and worrying about whether or not I should eat that, and craving foods I haven't thought about in years. I'm really determined to lose this weight, but it's so hard when I just want to EAT. I just want to sit down, and eat whatever I want without caring about what's in it or how much fat, carbs, protein, and fiber it contains. I want to enjoy food again. And it's only been a WEEK!! At the rate of 2lbs/week how am I going to keep this up for another 8 months!? Please tell me it gets easier. I know it will be another battle to maintain once (and if) I lose but until then how do I get over these awful craving and over this obessions/depression over FOOD?

maybe try a cleanse. I used to crave sweets like CRAZY. I did parasite cleanse - just took Health Force's parasite cleanse capsules as directed for a month and a half (we got 3 bottles and SO and I took them until they were gone --
Day One: One VeganCap™.
Day Two: Three VeganCaps™.
Day Three: Six VeganCaps™
Days Four-Eighteen: Ten VeganCaps™.
It knocked my sweet tooth out to the point where sweets weren't even pleasing. It's been about a year since I did that and my sweet tooth has slowly crept back in the last month. I'm picking some more up tonight to do it again.
