Geez this was the longest day. (rant included)

I swear i didnt think the workday was ever going to end. I was just irritated all day and the day just dragged. I get so irritaed at my coworker. She really doesnt do anything but sit at her desk all day. She doesnt wait on customers, heck she doesnt acknowledge customers. She sits there and acts like she doesnt see them and they willbe standing right in front of heer. If i am on a call and someone walks up i have to ask her to help them. We are right next to each other. It is a very small open office. It isnt like you cant hear someone as they walk up.
But i think what irkes me most of all is that either the boss doesnt realize it or just chooses not to see it. When i first started, the other lady and the boss had there own usernames to log into our system. I was told to log in under the bosses login until someone could get me a loging set up. That was in October 2010 and i still dont have an id. Then the other lady left and this new girl started last august. So now we all log in under the bosses user id (cause she is too lazy to call the company and get them to set up new logins for everyone) so you cant tell who is putting in all the work and making receipts, etc. When before whenever someone did something in the system it had that persons name by the event they put in or changes they made or any receipts that were made.
But now you cant tell who does it. And i promise you if we had individual id's , it would show that I do probably 90 percent of the work. It also really irritated me today, when i went down to the basement and pulled 15 files (of cases that were hers) for a customer to look at. They wanted copies of someof them so i made them and had them all together. I wrote on the top of each of the front pages how many pages there were. Well i had some of my own filing that i needed to file in some older cases that were down in the basement so i went down to do that. She calls me to tell me that the lady is back for her copies. I told her they were on my desk all she had to do was make a receipt. She calls back down there and says she doesnt see where the total is. So i go back up there and show her stupid ass that it was written int he corner of each top page.
Now my whole problem with that situation is, Why the hell could she just not have counted the pages herself and made the customer a receipt and get them out of there. To me it made her look like a complete idiot.
I'm sorry ladies,i had to just vent a little. But that is all, i will go start supper.
