What's for dinner tonight?

We are having boiled shrimp, steamed brussel sprouts, spinach dip with a veggie platter and strawberry cake for dessert. I never, ever make dessert, but DD talked me into a cake.

Nacho cheeseburger and French fries casserole. I know, I know, we just had it recently. But my stepson missed it while he was at his mom's and squawke about it, so we're having it again.

I had a difficult day and my husband is trying to make me feel better. He went and picked up my favorite salad from a restaurant, and I had some bread pudding that he made.
