Do you ever feel pressured to have sex even though you are married? adult content

My husband has always had a better sex drive than me. We been together 12 yrs and he is well aware of my ovarian cysts, p.m.s. issues, irritable bowels and every other hormone interference that you can think of. I just cant keep up and feel like its not an awful thing for him to ask for even though I never want to. I just feel like he'll go elsewhere if I dont.

  • I know how you feel. My husband has NEVER pressured me. He has always had a high sex drive and I have always had non-existent one. He knew when he married me what he was getting into. But I do feel bad and like a terrible wife if I don't because I know he needs and desires affection.

  • Nope  I've been married 24 years and he has never pressured me.  If I'm not in the mood, he respects that.

  • Yes, but I dont think he would stray. There are just too many other things I would rather be doing. I do enjoy it, just don't feel the need to do it as often as him. But a little romance might help you.

  • No not really. I know he will respect if I say no, but sometimes I do if I don't want to just to keep him quiet for a few days.

  • Sounds like he needs to be schooled in romance. Women need more than,"wanna do it?"

  • Yes, I was pretty much disgusted by & no longer in love with my ex husband the last few years of our marriage. We slept in separate bedrooms & I always felt pressured to do so when I did give into sex.

  • If the tables were turned and he couldn't or wasn't up to it(no pun intended),would you guilt him and make him feel like if he didn't you'd get it on the side?
