  • It depends. My family loves roasted vegies. I spray them with olive oil, season with kosher salt and a little bit of balsamic vinegar and roast them in the oven at 450 for about 20 - 35 min depending on what vegies.

I also cook a lot of them on the grill, eggplant, zucchini, bell peppers and thick slices of onions. All are coated with olive oil and kosher salt or just oil.

  • Depends on the veggies. We eat most veggies raw. If we cook them we steam or roast in the oven with olive oil and garlic, or saute them.

  • Well being from the south we take a perfectly good vegetable and batter it and fry But I try to keep them away from the fryer and steam them. After steaming I use either a garlic salt or regular salt for taste.

  • I steam and eat plain or with a little butter and salt. I like to taste my veggies. Makes a difference where they come from, if they're home grown they have so much more flavor than store bought.
